Refund policy

At Refined Vintage, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

· Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

· Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

· Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

· Sale or discounted products

· Gift cards

· Customized or made-to-order products

Refunds

· Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

· Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
